I asked, and the universe is providing…

  • a sleeping bag from Chris & Elina Hildebrand that trekked up to Mt. Everest with Chris’ dad who passed on this year
  • a headlamp from my brother, Marques who uses it for late night bar-b-ques
  • a sarong from my mom that I brought back from Indonesia for her about 13 years ago
  • a therma-rest, camping light & a crystal from my Anthony Angel. The crystal was given to him years ago by a high school teacher after his mom passed on. The camping gear brought him backpacking through Europe about 10 years ago.
  • a rain poncho from Erin Keane, a past employee of mine and good friend.
  • a stuff sack for the sleeping bag, universal plug in adapter and passport holder from J Conrad Nivens…one of my coolest friends I know
  • Long underwear and boots that trekked in Nepal from Amber Bennet, the owner of my favorite coffeeshop in seattle called “Freshy’s”
  • A therma-rest (yes, two therma-rests came to me) from Jeri Miller, who went to Siberia and said it was “the best summer of her life!”
  • there’s more, but I can’t think of them now…will update as I remember 🙂

Krystal Light

One fortuitous sun-up in May, I awoke midday. I wandered through a park... until it was dark. Passed by this fellow named Pete, it was fate that we should meet. I'm a writer with a voice, we all have that choice.... Shifting Circles allows us all to share... for mother earth, everyone should care. I have a story, long and deep, but it is the future we need to reap.
